  • Initial Appointment

Once we agree to work together, I’ll book our first session and email you some intake forms. This initial appointment is an opportunity to better understand your challenges and agree on the best path forward.

  • Ongoing Care

It takes more than one session to help develop new coping skills and manage life’s challenges. Everyone will be different; however, expect to need between 6-15 sessions, depending on your specific needs.

Synergy 888 does not process these rebates, however, will provide invoices for you to claim from your private health insurance.

When less than 24 hours’ notice is given for a cancellation, 100% of the session fee will be charged. This is because the time has been reserved for you and it is a loss in multiple ways; a loss to another client who urgently wanted to see a psychologist, a loss to the psychologist who has spent time preparing for the session, and a loss to a client delaying therapeutic progress.

  • Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with an intake and consent form.

You will receive 2 reminders by email and SMS, 48 hrs & 24 hrs before your appointment.
